Zoning permit for the location of the church

Celebrate with us! Today, the zoning permit for the location of the Holy Trinity and Cardinal Josef Beran Church and Pastoral Center has become legally effective!

In the spring of 2020 (hopefully May), we expect the building permit and the completion of the construction design. At the same time, we are planning groundworks for the building's foundation. In parallel with these tasks, we are preparing financial security and a budget for the 2020 works, which are generously supported by the Prague Archdiocese. We are reaching out to artists who will participate in the realization of individual elements within the sanctuary's interior; we are meeting with openness and a humble willingness to leave behind a unique work that will serve as an open window-icon.

The entire project would not be possible without the commitment of the parishioners, who have long supported it financially, with their enthusiasm, advice, and volunteer work—not only during community workdays on the plot but also by handling the project's presentation. An integral service to the entire project and its participants is the communal and personal prayer that strengthens and shapes the community, which, through this project, can become more visible and courageously overcome both expected and surprising obstacles and difficulties on the way to realization.
