HOW CAN I HELP?

The Neratovice Community Center Foundation, ID: 11986107, registered office at Moravcova 6, 250 72 Kojetice (hereinafter also referred to as the "controller" or "foundation"), hereby declares that, within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), it processes personal data of data subjects for its activities and is therefore a controller of personal data (i.e., a person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data).

Personal Data Processing

The foundation processes personal data particularly in the following areas:

• agenda related to the administration and operation of the foundation,
• asset management and related contractual relationships,
• donor records and donor care,
• organizing public and charitable collections.

The controller has legal grounds for processing personal data including fulfillment of legal obligations, contract performance, legitimate interest of the controller or third party, or consent to personal data processing given by the data subject. When processing personal data, the controller follows legally mandated deadlines and deadlines set after careful consideration in internal regulations to avoid violating the rights of data subjects.

Rights of the Data Subject

To ensure that data subjects can decide as broadly as possible about the processing of their personal data, GDPR establishes a number of rights that can be exercised against any data controller. If you decide to exercise any of your rights, please contact us.

Your basic right is to request at any time whether the controller is processing your personal data. If we are processing them, you have the right to request one copy of all personal data we process about you. If you find that the processed data is not accurate, you have the right to request correction of personal data. If you believe that we are not processing your personal data lawfully, you can exercise the right to erasure of personal data. Finally, if you are dissatisfied with anything or think that we have not handled your request as we should have, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.

We would like to emphasize that regardless of your relationship with the controller, you face no risk from exercising these rights, and the controller will not treat you any worse in the future than before exercising your rights. It is in our interest to process personal data lawfully and properly and not to harm your rights. If you have doubts that we are succeeding, we will be happy if you point it out to us.
