The sale of real estate finances the construction of the community center and church in Neratovice.

We are pleased to announce that the Neratovice Community Center Foundation has taken another significant step towards the realization of the long-awaited project – the construction of the community center and church in Neratovice. In accordance with our commitment to supporting community life, we have initiated the sale of plots of land and real estate in our possession. This strategic step will allow us to begin construction work as soon as possible.

The offer includes land in Hostín u Vojkovic and Obříství; the last property for sale is the rectory in Hostín u Vojkovic.

The proceeds from the sale of these properties are designated to finance the construction of the community center and church, which represent a long-term project aimed at strengthening community life in Neratovice. In this way, the community center and church project becomes not only a spiritual and social benefit for the town but also an opportunity for those who wish to invest in their housing while contributing to the realization of a significant community project.
