Signing of the contract for the construction of the church

We are pleased to announce that on May 17, 2024, at 4:00 PM, following a very careful selection process and subsequent negotiations with the winning firm, the contract for the construction of the community center and church in Neratovice was signed at the Prague Archbishopric building.

In the photograph capturing the moment shortly after the signing of the contract, you can see from the right: Mr. Rudolf Hřebřina and Mr. Aleš Brynda, who form the selected construction supervision team under the banner of Inženýring staveb s.r.o. Standing next to them are members of the board of the Neratovice Community Center Foundation: Peter Kováč (administrator of the Neratovice parish), Marek Matocha, and Jan Balík, representative of the archbishopric. And finally, the commercial director of the winning company HSF Systém a.s., Tomáš Hess.

The total cost of the project was set at 295 million CZK. The structural shell, i.e., the first phase of construction, which is expected to begin in the summer of 2024, will cost approximately 200 million CZK. We are able to cover a significant part of this amount from the proceeds we expect from the foundation's assets in the coming months and years. Nevertheless, there is still plenty of room for donors. Right now is the ideal time to get involved in the massive financial support of our project. Do not hesitate to support this valuable initiative. Your donations will be used to build an architectural gem that will become a center for spiritual, community, and cultural life in Neratovice. This space will serve all age groups – from the youngest children to the youth, who will be able to spend their free time meaningfully and grow into responsible citizens, and finally to seniors.
