Two New Streets and Land Handover – A Key Milestone

We are pleased to announce the completion of two new streets within the Neratovice Community Center project: Kardinála Berana Street in Lobkovice and Josefa Resla Street in Obříství. A total of 24 new plots were created (10 in Lobkovice and 14 in Obříství).

The streets were intentionally named to ensure that the ecclesiastical legacy remains present in the area. Cardinal Josef Beran was a prominent figure of the 20th-century Czech Church and a symbol of perseverance and faith. Mr. Josef Reslwas not only a figure of spiritual life in Obříství but is also buried in the village. Both men were natural choices, and their names will remain connected to the place where new homes and the future of the entire community are growing.

On May 24, we officially handed over 15 plots to new owners directly on-site. The new owners were able to view the demarcated land, sign contracts, and capture this significant moment in photographs.

Thanks to the sale of these plots, we secured a net profit of nearly 49 million CZK, which will significantly support the first stage of the construction of the community center and the church. This project thus helps families find a new home while simultaneously creating space for social and spiritual life in our community.
