Children from the day camp visit the construction site of the new church

From August 10 to 14, a day camp was held at the rectory in Kojetice for children from the Neratovice parish, as well as for children who are not usually part of parish life. This year's camp had a building theme – so a visit to the place where the new church and community center are rising in Neratovice could not be left out.
 

On Tuesday, the children headed straight to the construction site of Holy Trinity Church and the Cardinal Josef Beran Community Center. They could see with their own eyes what a real building looks like as it gradually takes shape. The project is not only about building a new church, but also about creating an open space for meeting, education, culture and the life of the whole community.

For the children, the visit was above all an opportunity to discover everything that goes into building such a house. They learned many new and interesting things, were able to explore the different parts of the construction site and, above all, ask about anything that interested them. For a while, the construction site turned into an open-air classroom.
