If you say “Neratovice”, everyone thinks of a town of a chemical industry full of chimneys. The main square is formed by very high prefabricated buildings. A dignified dominant is missing. The new church should fulfill this role.
The fact that the main square of Neratovice is formed by train tracks, parking, a park with a pond, swimming pool, and a range of prefabricated buildings dominated by a 12-floor building is a very sad consequence of Communist demagogy. There is also no other dignified dominant at any other place of the town as we can find in some other towns in the Czech Republic. You can help us change this.
